已報名註冊的學費退款政策： 1. 退款申請必須由家長在電子郵件中以書面形式遞交。 2. 平日課後中文課程在開課二週內，可辦理退可退費，將按上課比例退款，但報名手續費及已經郵寄的書籍費不退回；第三週（含）起原則不退費。3. 凡是白雲學生可以隨時申請換班，但需經過級任老師的同意。4. 學員如因故缺課，老師不提供補課、延期或退款，學生可以填寫請假表格，學校會email 上課回訪的影片，學生可自行補課。5 白雲文教保留因學生人數不足而更改時間表和取消課程的權利, 如果課程被取消或不提供，所有費用將會被退還。Tuition Refund Policy: 1) Requests for REFUNDS must be made by EMAIL from parents. 2) For withdrawals of Language courses made by the end of the first two weeks of the first quarter, tuition refund will be prorated, not including registration fee and textbook fees ; there will be no refunds thereafter. 3) All Cloud students can transfer to another available language course. 4) If a student is absent for some reason, the teacher will not provide supplementary lessons, postponements or refunds. Students can fill out a leave request form; the school will then email a recording of the missed class, allowing students to catch up on the material at their own convenience. 5) Cloud Chinese School reserves the right to decline any registration request, change schedule, and cancel class due to low enrollment. If the course is cancelled or not offered, all fees (registration and tuition) paid will be refunded.
