已報名註冊的學費退款政策: 1. 退款申請必須由家長在電子郵件中以書面形式遞交。 2. 語言課程開課二週內辦理退選者將按比例退款;第三週(含)起原則不退費。3. 夏令文化課程:開課第一堂課內辦理申請退選者將按比例退款;第二堂課(含)起原則不退費。4. 僅限語言教材班於實際開課日後二週內可申請轉換班,以一次為限。改選或轉班僅限尚未公告額滿之已開課課程。 5. 學員如因故缺課,老師不提供補課、延期或退款。6. 白雲文教保留因學生人數不足而更改時間表和取消課程的權利, 如果課程被取消或不提供,所有已支付的費用將會被退還。Tuition Refund Policy: 1) Requests for REFUNDS must be made by EMAIL from parents. 2) For withdrawals of Language courses made by the end of the first two weeks of the first quarter, tuition refund will be prorated; there will be no refunds thereafter. 3) For withdrawals of cultural courses made by the end of the first class, tuition refund will be prorated; there will be no refund thereafter. 4) Students in the language course can make a one-time transfer to another available language course. 5) If a student is absent for some reason, the teacher will not provide supplementary lessons, postponements or refunds. 6) Cloud Chinese School reserves the right to decline any registration request, change schedule, and cancel class due to low enrollment. If the course is cancelled or not offered, all fees (registration and tuition) paid will be refunded.
